What happens when 5 besties meets cabin in the woods🌲

Travel and Stay:
Our stay was from a Friday to a Sunday. We traveled from York, County PA to Deep Creek, MD which is approximately 3.5 hours. Unfortunately, I drove separately to leave a tad later than the rest of the group, and hit traffic that added an additional HOUR to my trip. Other than that, the drive wasn't bad at all.
We combed through hundreds of Airbnb options, as well as direct property management sites for popular rentals in the Deep Creek area. We settled on a cabin that we found through one of the direct sites.. which was not great to say the least LOL. There were quite a few cleanliness and maintenance related issues. Nothing that ruined our trip though, just part of the memories now. Anyways.. here was our itinerary. ↓

Side note: our vibe for the weekend was relaxing, chill, stay-in, true girls sleepover weekend. So, our itinerary reflects that! But there are definitely some fun things to do in Deep Creek if you are feeling more lively and wanting to get out of the cabin.

Tubing at Wisp Ski Resort

Digital Camera:
Just like other people, I'm sure, the internet made me want a Canon G7X Mark ll. HOWEVER, I was determined to find something as similar as I could, for under $250. Especially because I just want something for fun. After tons of research, I stumbled upon the Canon PowerShot S95. I actually purchased mine on eBay for only $162!!

10/10 would recommend booking a cabin with your best friends. It was such a wholesome little getaway full of so many belly laughs. ♡
